House Rules
A keyless entry code will not be provided unless security deposit is paid prior to check-in.
House Rules:
No parties or events.
No pets are allowed. You will be asked to make arrangements to kennel your pet or vacate the property without a refund.
No smoking inside the cabin or on the porches.
No tampering with security cameras or cable boxes.
Security cameras on premises are for safety and security, but may be utilized to ensure guests are following the rules (including, but not limited to pets and more guests than stated).
If, at any point, there are more guests on the premises than agreed to in the reservation, then a fee of 25% the booked nightly rate will be charged for each night of the reservation.
A late checkout fee of 20% the booked nightly rate will be charged per hour (prorated for each minute) for every minute past the agreed upon checkout time. The maximum fee will 150% the booked nightly rate.
